Happy Holidays!

Happy holidays!

Happy holidays! The blog is taking a little holiday break; I will be back Thursday 1/4. I may post here and there to Instagram and Substack here and there as I feel like it but my goal is to really decompress and be as offline as possible. Breaks are good. A chance to rest, recharge, restore. I’m really looking forward to spending time with my family, snuggling the cats and my bf, reading, naps, movies… just relaxing for a bit. We have a fun few weeks of content planned when I return. The best books of the year, a big New Year/New You guide, your favorite products and blog posts from 2023 I could go on!

Thank you so much for a wonderful year and for being a part of this space. There is not a day where I don’t feel grateful for this community. The best, most thoughtful readers. Your comments and messages… it all means so much to me and I feel so lucky to be able to support myself doing something I truly love. I hope you have a great holiday (and are able to take a break too!).

Some posts to tide you over!

Cocktails to make: my grandfather’s eggnog recipe, these cranberrry cocktails, a Christmas martini.

What to watch: My all time favorite movies, the best comfort movies, my favorite Netflix series, and these movies that are all based on books!

Making new friends as an adult.

My review of the High Sport pants.

Things to do alone, at home.

Building a fine jewelry collection.

Everything I read in 2022, ranked by genre (2023’s list is coming at you in the New Year). Also, these A+ book recommendations.

How to be more productive.

The Library is fully up to date with everything I’ve read. You can search and filter by genre and grade to find your perfect book.

The comments section is fun here: What are your hobbies?

And on a shopping note, I did a big update of my Shopbop hearts. Same with my Amazon shop!

Merry a Christmas beautiful Grace. I am not a part of your target demographic, but I am definitely a member of your fan club. And despite my more advanced age, I trust your recommendations and enjoy supporting your business. Nothing pleases me more than seeing you thrive. Here’s to 2024!

Happy Holidays! Will you do the end of year post with metrics, breakdown of finances, traffic, goals, etc. this year? It’s always one of my faves!

I am not sure. I didn’t do it last year. I will do a breakdown of best posts and best selling products for sure!
