Fit Files, No. 8
This week’s Fit Files is up a little late, because well… I’m hungover. Yuck. It has been months probably, since my last bad hangover — and I know exactly why I have one.
Weekend Reading
Bon weekend! So glad its here. This one was pretty packed – I had family visiting the past two nights, a dinner with close girlfriends on Tuesday, and helped to host an event with Matt Bernson on Wednesday.
Blonde Ambition.
I have changed my hair entirely too many times this year. It’s been red, it’s been brown, it’s been blonde, and somewhere in between brown and blonde… but now it is decidedly, very blonde.
Oil Pulling.
I had heard about oil pulling (when you swish coconut or sesame oil in your mouth for twenty minutes) a while back and had been meaning to try it… when suddenly my friends’ accounts of oil pulling overtook my news feed.
Little Red Coat
The moment I set eyes on this little rain coat I had to have it. You can only tell a little from the pictures but it has the best striped lining.
