Top of the Line: Fall’s Best Blouses and Tops

I am at heart, a dresses girl, but I am trying to wear more separates! You get so much more for your money and wind up with way more outfit options. This season, it’s been easier than usual, as there are just so many great tops out there. I personally have such a weakness for a white lace top (it’s pretty evident in this roundup!) but included a few other gorgeous options, too. Just add one of these, your favorite belt, jeans, and ballet flats, and you’ll be perfectly pulled together. This Dôen blouse is a dream. The silky fabric is beautiful and I love the lace details.

Soshe Beauty Review

One more up & coming beauty brand I’ve been really loving is SOSHE Beauty! SOSHE is a clean, refillable makeup brand with an emphasis on sustainabiity, ingredient transparency, and reducing waste. Right now, you can buy it on Credo or on their website. The name SOSHE originates from the words, “So She,” which came up as the founders tried to capture the essence of who their customer would be. “So she is confident,” “So she shouldn’t have to compromise,” “So she is enough.” “So she.” The line is pretty edited, but I have tried a few things and really like them all. The eyeliner and lip balm are probably my two favorites if I had to choose, but I love the blush too!

Perfumehead 1272 Review

One newer perfume brand I’ve really grown to love is Perfumehead. Perfumehead is a Los Angeles-based brand founded by Daniel Patrick Giles. Each perfume is handcrafted from the world’s finest essential oils, natural extracts, and safe synthetics. The products are rich and concentrated, so they last for a long time… pure luxury! The debut collection is an ode to LA. But 1272 is the perfect everyday scent. Rather than feeling like someone else, I feel very much myself when I wear this.

Fall Wedding Guest (and Event!) Edit

Wedding guest and event dress sourcing is the number one thing taking over my emails and DMs, which means one thing: it’s time for a little edit! We try to do a weddings and events roundup every quarter with the changing seasons, and here is this fall’s roundup. Right now, I am craving moodier hues or classic black for a special event. That, or a big bright warm red. It’s a specific shade of red — not too orange, but not too blue, either! This one from La Ligne fits the bill. I also love a cape detail, and this caped dress is a beauty.
