Product Review: CoverGirl Smoky Shadow Blast

I had been dying to try CoverGirl’s Smoky Shadow Blast for months now but kept forgetting to pick one up at the drugstore. It sounded like just the perfect product for me… I like to play up my eyes for a big night out, but I’m not exactly a pro when it comes to applying make up. And that’s an understatement… at 28, I’m really just now “getting” eyeliner, and still, there are times when I overdo it or end up with more on one eye than the other… terrible.

Friday Fashion Crush – Kiel James Patrick Rope Bracelets

Growing up on Cape Cod, loved our rope bracelets. You’d slide it on, and once it was there, its stayed there – for the rest of the summer and through fall if you were lucky.

I really wanted to like this product. Like, really wanted to. I’d heard so many great things about Philip Kingsley but never tried any of his products… for those of you who don’t know, he is recognized as the world’s leading trichologist (hair and scalp health expert.) On top of that, this product just won a “Healthy Beauty” Award from Self.
