What I Wore: 12.7 – 12.13

happy Monday! One last busy week before the holidays! Tonight I am going to the world premiere of Cats and I could not be more excited. I’m freaking out a little and NO I STILL DO NOT KNOW WHAT I AM WEARING! Oof. I have a busy little day ahead but have literally never been more excited about an event.

This weekend was really nice. I had two bits of scheduled fun (visiting my sister + niece and a Christmas party) but otherwise read a lot, worked a little, and did a lot of chores. I started listening to our BoP December book club pick One Day in December via audiobook (not usually an audiobook girl but I am finding I like them for when I have to re-read a book for the podcast) and got my apartment to a place of reasonable cleanliness. Hey, we do what we can, right!? Wishing you a great week ahead (and that you guys stay sane with the big rush before the holidays!) XO

ALSO! I always get questions about it (and always forget to link it) but I bought my iPhone case from Katie Kime. Love her stuff and it’s all monogrammable.

What I Wore: 12.7 – 12.13

Monday:

The occasion: Working from home, Recording in the city with Books on the Subway Podcast.

What I wore: Caslon Sweater (also here + in plus sizes here) // Good American Jeans // Sam Edelman Loafers (color is Saddle)

What I Wore: 12.7 – 12.13

Tuesday:

The occasion: travel day!

What I wore: Michael Kors Trench (a few seasons old) // Tuckernuck Sweatshirt (very old!) // Good American Jeans // Gucci Loafers

What I Wore: 12.7 – 12.13

Wednesday AM:

The occasion: hiking Runyon Canyon.

What I wore: Anine Bing Sweatshirt (I wore it later in the day to work) // Outdoor Voices Leggings // Nike Sneakers

Wednesday Night:

The occasion: Sephora Squad holiday party at The Mondrian Hotel in LA.

What I wore: Veronica Beard Blazer // IRO Dress // gifted Margaux Heels (SO comfy) // gifted Nicola Bathie Earrings (I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS DESIGNER!)

Friday:

The occasion: working from home / being dead to the world after getting home late from LA!

What I wore: Naadam Cashmere Hoodie + Pants. I got some questions about sizing + other stuff. Overall the pants run pretty big (+ stretch out) and the hoodie is loose but croppped! I sized up to a large in the hoodie because they were sold out of medium and am glad I did as it’s more cozy. I am obsessed with Naadam so far and how soft their cashmere is. Then I plan to hand wash using my Laundress Cashmere Wash.

That’s it for What I Wore: 12.7 – 12.13!

Love your weekly outfits posts. Those green earrings are amazing! How does the Anine Bing sweatshirt run? I’ve been eyeing that same one, but don’t know how their sizing is!

Thanks Alexa! I’d say it’s pretty true to size! I’m usually a small or medium in most tops and got a medium in this.
