Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! Last week was a whirlwind so this week’s outfit diary is pretty full! Lots of events and fun things worth getting dressed up for.
I got back from Atlanta Friday evening and was hit with a random jolt of productivity so just stayed in and cranked away on work. And that was kinda the theme of the weekend. Not ideal but definitely very necessary, and I personally believe that one of the perks of working for yourself is being able to take advantage of those big waves of productivity (and letting yourself chill out every now and again on a random Thursday). The best. (The random Thursdays, not the weekend work – lol!)
Other than that, I did have one very important event: a birthday gathering for my favorite person in the world, my niece Zoe! We don’t put her on social media but she is delicious and just the best baby. Yesterday was her first birthday and I just love her so much. We spoiled her with lots of presents and let her make a giant chocolate cupcake mess. Heart explosion.

Thanks Charmaine! Hope you had a great weekend as well.
I looooove all the green and the cat sweatshirt especially!!
ALSO I just saw this sweater with rainbow fringe sleeves this morning and thought you’d appreciate it (I don’t have any room in my sweater budget but it’s incredible): https://www.aliceandolivia.com/calvin-rainbow-fringe-sweatshirt-CC908V41040C019.html
Thanks Kaye!!!! Hope you had a great weekend.
Hi Grace! I know you’ve said you don’t buy uncomfortable shoes but I’m wondering how good the Warrens are for travel/walking long distances? Planning a trip with a lot of walking (a little climbing, it’s Mexico City!) but I *really* don’t want to wear Allbirds or the like haha
They’re the best! I always wear them for travel + long walks 🙂
The Gal Meets Glam dress is so cute and the color suits you well!
I love when you show us what you wore during the week! Love the green dress and the Sine Goya dress! Xoxo
aw thanks I’m so glad!!!
I want that Gal Meets Glam dress so badly but sold out in my size. 🙁 Looks like it would be an amazing addition for work holiday parties, etc. Fingers crossed they restock!
Aw, it’s such a good one! Hope it comes back!
The GMG dress is seriously the best! I love it so much. and hell yes to a random lazy thursday. It’s my favorite perk too about working for myself!
My Style Vita
yesssssss!!!! (The dress is so good on you too!) xo
Hi! I love the green GMG dress! What would you recommend in terms of sizing? The size chart makes me think I should size up, but there are plenty of conflicting reviews about the sizing on Nordstrom’s site (go figure, ha). Thank you!
It’s very very true to size! I’m wearing a 6 which is my usual dress size.
Perfect, thank you!
I’ve been loving your Rag & Bones jacket since I first saw it on here. How warm is it? How does it run size wise?
It’s lightweight – perfect for weather in the sixties. True to size!
