Weekend Reading | 6.15.19

Happy weekend! I am feeling a little bit burnt out to be honest, so I don’t have a lot planned. Last night I stayed in and was couch-bound and today I just have to record a few things for the podcast and get caught up on work! Tomorrow I have a friend’s birthday and then I have a jam-packed three days before we head to Boston for our live show on Thursday night (if you are in Boston – COME… it is going to be a fun one and we have a few special surprises planned!) Whatever you’re up to this weekend, I hope it’s great! xoxo

Weekend Reading | 6.15.19.

Special treat from Tracy Anderson! Use this link to get a month of free streaming classes. (note: I don’t get anything from posting this; I just asked them if they wanted to create an offer for my readers).

I absolutely LOVE Jacey’s home – it’s so perfectly designed. Loved her feature in AD this week.

Love how easy Nordstrom makes it to shop sustainably.

I did an interview with The Newsette, where I shared all of my carry-on essentials!

My fave gingham blazer is on sale again. Not sure if it’s permanent or just price matched so GET IT!

Oh my goodness this red wicker tote is EVERYTHING.

This Dunkin SNL Skit is SO GOOD. Fellow Massholes will love. (It’s old but a reader sent it to me and I actually hadn’t seen it!)

For the NY crowd – SO excited for the new Pastis!

Need this little beaded bag.

On treating reading like homework.

If you read here regularly you know I’ve been struggling REAL hard to find cute “live show dresses” (I like a sequin mini dress) that come in extended sizes. I ordered this one from ASOS – plus version here!

Loved this: the “it books” of summers past. So fun remembering so many old favorites.

How to achieve your goals.

These office spaces!

Beauty Pie Review!

I am obsesssssed with this pretty gingham sundress. (Plus version here!)

Oh wow, these bathtubs have the most AMAZING views.

My fav brow pencil. (My color is “ash.”)

Woah – did you know that you can use baking soda to even out your tan lines?

The “healthy-ish” guide to your thirties.

This silky skirt is so chic and comes in a fully inclusive range of sizes.

Haha – the art of the instagram bio.

So so obsessed with this glowy shimmery body oil – it’s perfect for a big night out, or in my case a podcast live show!

Twelve energizing yoga poses.

Oh wow – DEFINITELY making this “healthy milkshake.

This pink blazer! (Plus version here)

I’m a huge Loeffler Randall fan and feel that I absolutely NEED these woven sandals.

What’s your creative type? (I got “dreamer.”)

10 gorgeous plus size dresses for wedding guests.

The perfect cozy striped cardigan.

  2. Loved the creative type test. I took it a while back and did it again now because the experience is just too good not too repeat!

Also, are you guys planning to release the live shows as podcasts? Would love to hear those!

    • Hi! It’s such a cool test!
We don’t record the live shows. We want them to be special for the folks who buy tickets, and feel like we can be extra candid and weird. Also the audio quality live would be a nightmare to edit!
Hope you can come to a show at some point!! xx

Can you link the shirt youโ€™re wearing? Itโ€™s a nice subtle rainbow. Thanks.

    • It’s old! Brooks Brothers’ Red Fleece. I actually got mine on Poshmark.

(For the record I always link everything if it’s current, unfortunately I do wear a lot of old things!)

Love that creative types test! I realized halfway through that I clicked “skip” on all of the animations between questions and I like to think that was somehow factored into the results haha.
