Weekend Reading | 3.16.19.

Taxi in NYC

Happy weekend! I don’t have a lot planned which is nice. Some reading (LOVING this book), some yoga, some work catch up… hanging with friends, maybe a museum or two. This week was packed with meetings and shoots and catch up and also fun things and working out pretty hard so I’m very much looking forward to a fluid weekend with not a lot planned. Whatever you are up to, I hope it’s great! XOX

Weekend Reading | 3.16.19

I found a new (to me) blog that I really love: The Flair Index. I loved her feature on Linda Rodin and this little piece about the importance of making an effort.

My beloved Dr. Bader (read my review here) now comes in a (very cute, I might say) 15ml size for those interested in trying it.

The daily routines of 12 famous writers.

Another amazing essay about being single from Garance.

Okay these earrings are EVERYTHING. (For something more affordable I love these!)

As a plant lady (in training) I loved this post from Jess: everything you need to know about house plants!

Bought this knot front sweater in two colors (gold + cream) and now it’s on sale!

Things to try before you check your phone.

Loved Krystal’s beautiful photos (and guide) from her trip to Spain.

Very into this matching blazer + pants set.

Who’s running for president!? Your guide to the 2020 election, so far.

I’m planning my trip to Mexico (and my outfits) and can’t stop thinking about this beautiful dress.

Practical frameworks for beating burnout.

Where to eat in LA. (making me want to plan a trip.)

Oh boy. Sezane’s tops just get better and better – this one is amazing.

A reader posted this (old) article here on yesterday’s post. I missed it the first time around and really loved it so wanted to share it here: Win Affection and Trust by Spilling Coffee on Yourself. (Great title!)

My favorite heels right now. I like them more than my Manolos but shhhh!

On side hustles.

24 books to read (instead of Spring cleaning!)

Truth: just because it no longer sparks joy doesn’t mean you have to throw it out. (V, if you ever get rid of that vintage dress you know where to send it.)

I have been on a fitness KICK and rewarded myself to a few new workout pieces – these Tory Sport leggings being my fav. They are chic and SO comfy.

Big news from Vintner’s Daughter!

This $26 Amazon dress is a winner. I bought it in two colors, LOVE it, and am excited to wear it in Mexico in a few weeks.

Couldn’t agree more with Helena’s beauty obsessions (as always LOL). Necessaire is life. The eucalyptus body wash is my personal fav.

Cute ways to style a striped top.

How pretty is this silk skirt!? I’d style it with a fuzzy sweater and heels.

If you watched The Bachelor this season, you will probably appreciate this piece.

Best. Slip on. Sneakers. Ever.

This little linen “takeout” bag is so cute.

I love unplanned weekends – that best ones are usually that! I’m having a low-key weekend too, just having dinner with friends on Saturday and catching a movie on Sunday! 🙂

Congrats on making it to the semifinals of the Sephora influencer list! Happy to see that & it was easy to write a testimonial for you since you are my go-to person for honest skin care & other beauty tips.
I’m hoping to get some reading time in this weekend (have a pile to get to, including some of your & Becca’s recs on the pod). Good luck with the Sephora gig & enjoy your weekend!
