Happy weekend! I am back in New York and feeling a little bittersweet – our live show tour is over with! It’s a good thing as I’m pretty tired but I’m of course a little sad because the shows were so much fun. We did New York last Friday (our biggest and maybe best show to date!) and then Dallas this past Wednesday. It’s been a lot of travel, that is for sure! This weekend is going to be v. low key. Last night I had a housewarming party for my friend Kat and tomorrow I have a bridal shower and otherwise, I’m going to be resting and working and getting ready – the next two weeks are my busiest for the blog! Whatever you’re up to I hope it’s great (and that you stay warm – winter seems to have arrived?!) xoxo

I have been reading the Modern Love book and it is so good. Maybe even better than the TV series! If you watched, and are having a post-show hangover, def read it. It’s packed with essays (way more than the show) and I have cried no fewer than 15 times reading it.

I really do love listening to the podcast, but the live shows and all that goes with them (the staged photo shoots, the room tours, the getting ready stories) have become so predictable and unenjoyable. I’m glad they’re over so I can go back to consuming your wonderful blog and IG content!
I love reading about all the beauty routines, and I think Anniston is wonderful, but I do wish she would lay off the sun a bit. I support the personal choice, but I think the tan look is bad… I just see dry alligator skin… Living at the beach, I see so many women who completely lose sight of just how tan they are. It’s not a good look…

Is there such a thing as clean mascara that is waterproof? I have hooded eyes so mascara smudges like crazy on me unless its waterproof. Just curious if you’ve come across anything like that. Thanks!
I haven’t found one – but I haven’t looked very hard as I don’t like waterproof mascara! If I hear about one I will let you know.
