The Yummiest Sesame-Dijon Salad Dressing.

The Yummiest Sesame-Dijon Salad Dressing

A few weeks ago I made the most delicious seared chicken and kale salad with Blue Apron. It had the most heavenly sesame-dijon salad dressing so I wanted to share the recipe here. This may be a no-brainer to some, but I am still pretty new to making my own salad dressings (this one is my usual go-to!!!) so feel free to laugh at me. I know this is basic but it’s also DELICIOUS.

Homemade Sesame-Dijon Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsps Tahini
  • 2 Tbsps Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsps Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsps Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions:

Juice half of the lemon. Grate the garlic clove into a paste with a microplane.* Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Shake thoroughly before using. (You can also whisk the ingredients together in a bowl, but I find the jar is easier/less messy and just as effective.) Keeps for a few days!

*you don’t have to use the whole garlic clove, I personally do as I love really garlicky salad dressing.

PS – my family’s favorite panzanella recipe + my most essential kitchen gadgets!

    Hi Grace!

This looks delicious! How much would you say this makes in terms of servings e.g. enough for 2 people, 4, 6?

    Thank you!

Hi Grace! This looks divine. What are the 2 tbsp. of listed after the Dijon in the recipe? Looks like maybe there should have been another ingredient there? Thanks!
