Pinned & Noted, Vol. 4

Pinned & Noted Vol.4

I have always had a thirst for discovery—finding unique, interesting things that not everyone has—whether that is a handbag designer that’s still under the radar, a perfume no one else knows about, or something special for my dinner table. In the spirit of that, Pinned & Noted is a column where I will share the new-to-me discoveries, books I’ve pre-ordered, and (hopefully) under-the-radar gems. You can view the first three here, here, and here.

Pinned & Noted, Vol.4

Happy June! I attended a “creative Black Tie” gala for the opening night of Spoleto and opted to wear this pleated maxi dress. It’s stunning, and I loved how tropical I felt wearing it! I got so many compliments on it. The brand gave us a code; you can use GRACE20. (There are more codes on my codes page, BTW—I’ve been trying to keep that updated and update it multiple times per week.)

Lia Burke Libaire is one of my favorite Charleston artists; I love her work and have one of her shell paintings headed my way. But I love that she made stickers. So creative! I ordered a few sheets and plan on using them to personalize my stationery. A great way to infuse a little art and creativity into your everyday life! Speaking of creativity, my sister’s third book (!!!) is coming out this summer, and of course, I pre-ordered a copy. My family and I are drinking less wine, and this sparkling N/A rosé is one of our favorites. We had a few bottles over MDW, and I didn’t miss the alcohol.

Two new-to-me handbag designers are Alienina and Michino Paris. From Alienina, I was torn between this smaller bag and this larger tote. I went with the larger tote and love it so much. I like that it zips at the top to keep everything safe. And I love this blue bag from Michino. A reader shared this awesome Etsy shop with so many beautiful shell pieces at great prices.
