Outfit Diary, 1.18.23
It was a more casual week, and I enjoyed that. I am trying to be really disciplined with my time and not make too many plans (which is nice because it allows for more spontaneous plans with my family and close friends). I felt happy about that, and also on track with my 2023 goals— honoring my inner homebody, taking my first pickleball lesson! This week is a sleepy one. I have a lot of adulty projects. Working on taxes and 1099 prep, getting a few things done around the house (I finally chose fabrics for upstairs), so it’s been nice to have some downtime after work to check those things off the list!
I do need to talk about these Everlane jeans. They are one of my favorite pairs of denim… plus they’re a great price. They run true to size and are comfortable + forgiving (thanks to just a little bit of stretch). I started with one pair this summer and now have them in three different washes.
What I Did: Went out to dinner with girlfriends. (Outfit was supposed to be just the dress but I got cold!)
What I Did: Family Dinner
What I Did: Drinks and dinner with friends.
What I Wore: Ulla Johnson Top (on sale! also here, here, here — I cannot recommend this top enough. It is very fitted and sucks you in like a corset, I’m in the size 8!) // Everlane Jeans // Sarah Flint Heels
What I Did: Lunch date with my sister. I loved this outfit!
What I Did: Went to see the new Avatar movie (it was so good!).
What I Did: Pickleball Lesson!
