Cozy season is here, and even in Charleston, I’m bundling up. Today, I am rounding up what I think are the cutest cold-weather pieces. I do need to plug my Alex Mill coat. It is one of my favorite pieces in my closet, and it just went on sale. It’s effortlessly chic and a little oversized (I wear the medium and it’s big in a good way). I bought this Attersee tassel scarf (it’s finally back in stock!!!) and can’t wait to layer it over the coat. Other standouts include…
One thing you may not know is that I have a “great style under $200” section on my ShopMy page that I update multiple times a week, if not every day! It’s packed with beautiful pieces at accessible prices. I try to share a roundup like this every two weeks (the last installment is right here!) as there are so many great items out there that won’t break the bank. Right now, a few personal highlights are . . .
A new year always brings a fresh perspective, especially when it comes to home. My wants and needs are constantly shifting, but one thing remains true: I am forever drawn to slightly peculiar homewares. If the fish sculptures and table lighter didn’t already give me away, consider this your confirmation. As I get ready to say goodbye to the apartment I’ve called home for the past two years, I’ve found myself quietly reassessing what I want to carry forward into my next space and what I’m ready to leave behind. I’m craving pieces that feel thoughtful, collected, and just a bit unexpected. And if my guardian angel happens to be listening, I would certainly not object this pair of ochre boucle lounge chairs or this framed needlework art finding their way into my future living room.
The most anticipated films of the year. Everything new on Netflix. The books we’ll be talking about most (broken down by month). Interviews with George Clooney and Molly Sims. Why you should put down your phone and daydream. Skincare trends! Several solid book lists (I did a lot of shopping), fashion predictions and beauty trends, how to make dating fun again, loads of shopping finds, and more.
