Weekend Reading, 9.13.25

Lots of book lists this week (including the long list for the National Book Award). What luxury means today, a few teensy (but gorgeous spaces), a dreamy restored Italian palace! All about the EU gel polish ban (I learned a lot from this), Colleen Hoover’s new thriller, what workout to do when you’ve gotten a bad night’s sleep. The personal curriculum trend (not gonna lie, I love this), interviews with Michelle Monaghan and Brene Brown and so much more. I hope you enjoy the list!

Oak Essentials Review

Oak Essentials is a brand I tried this year, and have completely fallen in love with. It started with the body oil. I think I received it in a gift bag; I don’t even remember. From there, it blossomed into the bath soak. Now, I’ve tried pretty much all of the brand’s body products and truly: each one is better than the next!

Graphic Lines for Fall

Sure, I travel a lot, and have events and things I need to attend for work, but nothing is better than being at home. I’ve worked really hard to make my space feel cozy, thoughtful, and curated. One of my favorite ways to add a bit of personality to a room is through a good gallery wall. Especially when there’s a big, blank wall staring back at you! When I moved into my house a few years ago, I just knew that the larger wall opposite my dining table would be the perfect place to create one.
