Color Crush: Turquoise
I’m having a little moment with turquoise. I love wearing it with the obvious (white, denim) or the less expected… (bright colors like fuchsia, lemon, and mint green.) Here are a few of my favorites.

I’ve always been intrigued by the benefits of dry brushing. It’s said to work wonders. After all, the skin is our largest (and most visible) organ, so it’s important to take good care of it.

Beach Bag Essentials
Summer has me craving sand, salty air, and the smell of coconut and sunscreen. This weekend, we’re heading home to the Cape for a wedding… I’m hoping that we’ll get to spend at least one day at the beach.
