Happy Tuesday! I am currently in manic mode/attached to my desk as tomorrow, I leave for Europe for nearly two weeks. I am so excited. It is the longest trip I’ve taken since spending two weeks in Greece in 2008 when I was in between jobs. My friend Stanley and I are going to Copenhagen and Belfast, then my friend Aly and I will head to London, and then I’m doing a few days in Paris by myself. Can’t wait… but there will be more on that later! In the meantime, it’s work work work so that I will have lots of fun content for you while I am gone.
Today I’m wearing some of my most favorite things. You may remember this top from this post in December. I don’t like to repeat outfits on here (that would be boring!) but I have worn this top SO many times that I felt it was important to show you another way that I am wearing it. I just love everything about it… from the silhouette to the beautiful texture of the lace. It was definitely an investment, but I wear it a lot. If I could only wear one designer for the rest of my life (without worrying about money, ha ha) it would definitely be Zimmermann – their designs are everything I aspire to be – feminine (but not overly formal or dressy), easy, elegant. If you are looking for something just as pretty but at a more affordable price, I also love this, this, and this. My coat is sadly sold out (it is the best) but we found a few similar options (linked below)… every girl should have a great faux fur coat, and leopard goes with everything.
Outfit Details: J. McLaughlin Coat (similar options here + here) // Zimmermann Top // Hudson Jeans // Manolo Blahnik Pumps // Moon & Lola Clutch (c/o) // Krewe Julia Sunglasses
Look for Less: Coat // Top // Jeans // Heels
I can’t say enough fab things about this clutch from Moon & Lola. I have had my eye on a personalized Edie Parker clutch for so long now, but wasn’t able to stomach the price for a special occasion item. This one is so perfect, for a fraction of the price. The quality is excellent, too.
Also, very excited to announce that I have teamed up with five blogger pals on a really fun giveaway in honor of “Galentine’s Day!” We’re giving away two $250 gift cards to Styled by Noir… one for you and one for your best gal pal. Enter right this way… and then check out the other ladies’ blogs… they are all so cute!

Aw thank you Elle! xx
That’s a really gorgeous outfit, I love the clutch. I think the leopard print looks amazing with the lace, it adds a bit of spice to a delicate and feminine top.
Thank you Marta! So sweet of you to say. xx
Oh yes, Zimmermann is one of my top favourite designer names too! You’re looking so elegant and chic in this outfit! I like your coat very much!

Aw, thanks so much Dana! I can’t wait!!!
I love this top, I’m really into this style right now. I have kind of an add question — what color and where did you get your tank top for under it? I never know what color/ style to wear under these types of shirts and it always ends up looking weird! Thank you and have fun on your 2 week Europe adventures!!!
xo, Sarah
Aw thanks Sarah!!!
I’m wearing a nude camisole underneath! It’s a stretchy one, from Kohl’s. It’s this exact one, though I don’t see the color I got!!! Something like that, as close to your natural skin tone, would be perfect.

I studied abroad in Copenhagen in college. Such an interesting city and people. Have so much fun!
Lucky you! Not studying abroad is still one of my biggest life regrets. Let me know if you have any must-sees!!! (And thank you!!)
Hi Grace! One thing you must do in Paris is visit Sainte Chapelle Cathedral. It is jaw dropping!! Also, whenever I would go into the store Fleux in Le Marais, I always think bloggers would love it haha. They have these candles that are scented like the Luxembourg Gardens, the Tuileries, and other gardens around Paris. Hope you have a great time!
Thank you so much for the suggestion, Maggie!!!
