What’s on My End of August Wish List

Ahhhh, I love making these little wish lists, especially around the change of seasons! There are so many beautiful pieces in stores that I love right now, I want to shop, shop, shop . . . but I’m making a list instead. We will start with this pony hair Khaite bag. It’s the perfect shade of fiery red-orange. I know we’re not supposed to match our bags and our shoes, but wouldn’t it be beautiful with these exquisite lace flats? Love.

End of August Wish List

• I have been really wanting a sporty red anorak to wear with jeans (cutoffs now) and a tee. I love red and think this is such a chic, effortless combo. This one is at the top of my wish list, though this (good job, Lands’ End!) is much more affordable.
• I think cream is such a great transitional color. I splurged on this Ulla Johnson dress, and it’s great with sandals, but once it cools down a bit, it will layer beautifully under a cardigan, with boots.
• Another craving? Metallics! Prada’s gold metallic platforms, this gorgeous mini from SIMONMILLER . . . I love them.
• These metallic platforms from Missoni are super cool, and on sale.
