Weekend Reading | 8.31.19.

happy (long) weekend! It was a busy week over here so I’m striving for the least busy weekend possible… I’m a little tired! Yesterday I finished up the new Lisa Jewell book – it’s so dark. I don’t know if you’ve read her other books (I still think about Then She Was Gone, so dark!!!) but I love her as an author. Her books are always very smartly written and quite dark if you like a thriller. It’s definitely worth the pre-order! I also color coded my bookshelf. It’s the little things! Whatever you’re up to, I hope it’s great – enjoy… and happy Labor Day! xo

OMG The Goldfinch trailer looks SO good! I’m really excited for this one – it’s out 9/13.

This giraffe print dress is so chic and looks way more expensive than $88.

Is it weird to kind of want one of these Dairy Queen candles? The scents sound so good!

Love that midi skirt! The leopard would be great for fall but I’m always drawn to the snakeskin. Can someone have too much snakeskin? (Don’t answer that!)

Haha! It’s all a matter of personal taste! (I’ll never be able to have enough emerald green, personally!)

Hey Grace! Just an odd request – and probably quite a bit of bother, but just in case…. am in UK and Sephora did a thing last year where they won’t take you to the product page (as you can no longer get it shipped here) so all Sephora links redirect to the french homepage. It means I can never tell which products you’re linking to when you post a Sephora link and I’d love to see what you’re using. Maybe you could add a footnote of the product names?

I’m so sorry – I will think about it. That kinda would change the look and feel of these posts. You can always ask me what they are.

This is a bit random but how do you get the most out of your product containers? Do you use those mini spatula things? I feel like I’m leaving weeks worth of Dr Bader’s in the bottle 🙁 Thank you in advance!

I don’t really have any special tips! I hear those spatula things are good!
