Weekend Reading 7.16.22
I love this Parterre Dress

Happy Saturday. I am taking it nice slow this weekend. More purging and organizing, and I have also been really focused on savoring those smaller pleasures. Sleeping in. The produce from my CSA and cooking healthfully. The way I feel when my Saturday afternoon consists of a warm bath and then wrapping myself up in a fluffy robe and a good book (and a cold glass of Whole Foods’ strawberry mineral water – I’m hooked, so good). Just those simple feel-good pleasures. Whatever you are up to this weekend, I hope it is wonderful (and that you’re able to soak up the small things!) xx

Your Weekend Reading is a highlight of me week! Thanks for providing it for us. I was so pleased to see the AD link included. My friend, Joseph Steiert did the custom mural featured in her bedroom. He’s an amazing artist and a great dad.

Thanks Grace for a great list! Really enjoyed reading the Ana de Armas article. Loved her in Knives Out and am keeping my fingers crossed that she will play Evelyn Hugo in the Netflix production of Seven Husbands! I think she could totally pull it off with blonde hair.

Also grabbed the over-the-sink colander as I’ve been looking for something just like that. Can’t wait to simplify my produce washing/drying.

I’m busy catching up with my Stripe content after being away last week ( my friend and host packed our visit activities, not complaining). So much good stuff here. I love anything Tucci and had fun watching the series. If you are zucchini fan, you should check out Smitten Kitchen archives! There’s her delicious version of zucchini pasta and a pizza made zucchini and just a few other ingredients that is too die for! So intrigued with the list of best movies and books. Quiet Sunday morning to precede a crazy busy week. Reading your blog, drinking coffee and playing with my cat, Minnie. Savoring this. Thank you!

Thank you! Yes, they are by Chanel, I think the style (or at least what everyone is calling them, ha ha) is the “Dad Sandal.”
