Happy weekend! This weekend, I don’t have much planned besides a sweet 5 year old’s birthday party, Father’s Day with the fam, and a yoga class tomorrow night. I head to LA on Wednesday so it will be a shorter week here so I will probably do a bunch of work today and tomorrow to get ahead. This week’s highlight was an incredible Omakase sushi feast at Sushi Wa. This is far and away the best sushi I have had in Charleston. It was epic. I am a total sushi fiend and was just so happy afterward.

Juneteenth is on Sunday. This is the day that symbolizes freedom for Black people in the U.S. Here are some podcasts about its history, but also: what to watch to celebrate it.
How pretty is this green + white top? I’d wear it with high waisted shorts for a date.
Katie’s Palm Beach condo is INCREDIBLE.
I really wanted a good pair of linen pants but they were sold out everywhere I looked! My friend Carly swears by this J.Crew pair. I ordered in two sizes and will report back upon arrival.
How to reconnect with an old friend.
The sleeves on this top are just so pretty. Very into this one.
These Maine bungalows… just whoa.
A giant guide to pronouns and why they matter (honestly, this is great to send parents, my parents are pretty forward thinking but struggle and this is helpful!)
I snagged these Tibi leather shorts on sale this week and looove them.
Love this pretty pearl ponytail holder.

Ordered this week: this fun smocked Amazon blouse. I love all the colors.
The Matilda musical looks fun (loved this book as a kid!).

So glad you got the ad situation straightened out and you are going to had a great night and are going to have a lovely week . I’ve bought enough pretty things for now and learned a whole lot from your honest posts this week. So today just like the snail, I’m taking a break, slowing down to breathe and be sad and happy and celebrate as I look back on my son Jeff’s life and Birthday today in Heaven .
Xo Lynn

Hi Grace, I wanted to thank you for all of your content. I know you put your heart and soul into this blog, and I enjoy checking in daily. Plus… your redesign is phenomenal, you and your designer have made it incredibly easy for the reader to make the transition. Happy Saturday!

As a non-American, that LARPing article was very entertaining / bizarre. Loved it.
Completely nuts! I enjoyed it.
I love and look forward to these posts – they are the best that I read all week! Cannot emphasize your banana republic one shoulder dress anymore, I wore it to a wedding this month and it was incredible! So comfortable, fun to dance in, and beautiful quality.
Ah so glad that you love them! And I LOVE that dress!!!!
Nit sure if they have them this year/in stock, but I have two pairs of washable linen pants from Old Navy that look just like the J crew ones for a fraction of the price! One pair is three years old and still looks great.
I had been on Old Navy but they were all sold out!
