Everything feels heavy. Ukraine. The SCOTUS leak. Buffalo. And now this horrible school shooting in Uvalde, TX. It breaks my heart and makes me sick. Donate. Call your senators and representatives. And of course, when the time comes, VOTE. I thought that Cup of Jo’s heartfelt post about what happened and what to do captured it best and would encourage you to read it and take action where you can. Small actions add up. In the meantime, please take care this weekend. Personally, my mind and my heart are all over the place. My body feels heavy. The COVID brain fog is real. It’s all just a lot. My weekend plans are pretty light. I’m spending time with my parents today, and taking a restorative yoga class tomorrow. That’s it. I hope this week’s links can be a little bright spot in your week, I always love pulling these together.
