Happy weekend and happy April! Last night I had my parents over (I made this sheet pan dinner and some fun appetizers) and otherwise, I’m just letting the weekend unfold. I have a few things around the house I need to do and I want to make peach ice cream (I just got this and it is amazing). I am really craving one of those bookish Saturdays where I work out, take a good long shower, put on a lounge set, make a second coffee, and spend at least two hours curled up with a good book. My favorite. Whatever you’re up to, I hope it’s wonderful.
