Weekend Reading 3.30.24

Happy weekend, friends! My sister and her two boys are visiting from Ithaca and we have a busy, fun week ahead. Today I am hosting a pre-Easter brunch for ten at my house (I made Martha’s ham & cheese strata and Smitten Kitchen’s strawberry cake last night to make things easier this morning!). Tomorrow it’s Easter at my parents. Plus a slew of dinners throughout the week. It’s so nice to have everyone together. PS – I gave my Shopbop hearts a big update yesterday!

Lol, yes I love/ hate NYT Connections. I’ve only played it 7 or 8 times and wow! One day, I’ll get it all immediately and another I’m completely stumped. The other day the answer was “ body parts with a y on the end” Seriously? Those aren’t real words, completely unfair. Of course once you solve three the last column is a throwaway, but come on be reasonable! I’m hoping like crossword puzzle it s a good way to stretch my brain.

I like too much here and I already bought too much this week . I just started to clean out my closet and I have things I didn’t even know I had with tags . Then for my final shopping compulsion, Dorsey told sent me my Wish List email that the Clementine 17 inch round set Diamond necklace was back in stock . I have a diamond one already . Did I say NO? What do you think? Hopeless.
