This weekend is going to be nice and extreeeemely low key. Lady. of. Leisure. I have to start getting ready for Asia (we leave on Thursday) and have a bunch of work to finish before I leave, but I’m otherwise planning on making this weekend as wonderfully relaxing as possible. A new park opened in Williamsburg and I want to go check it out/lounge and read, and I really want to run across the bridge (SO hard but such a good workout)!!! I used to do it every day… time to get back into it. PS – My apartment was on Apartment Therapy this week… I’m so honored – pop over and see it!
I’ve been reading a lot about intermittent fasting and thought this video was interesting and informative.

it’s the best! hope you had a great weekend Allie! x
I’ve been practicing intermittent fasting for about a year now and really like it. I eat between 12:00 and 8:00 every day, but I do have a cup of coffee in the morning (this is the first I’ve heard of not being able to have coffee). I always felt that eating breakfast just triggered my hunger for the rest of the day and I have really responded well to the fasting. I sometimes cheat on weekends, but it’s been a great practice for weekdays!
Yeah I was surprised to see coffee included here!!! I definitely need the copy!
I’m thinking the fruit bowl earrings with the fruit salad dress might be too fruity? Ha,ha,ha! BTW- I bought the Taylor floral dress that you showed at the end of April for my tall 14 year old daughter to wear to my MIL’s 80th bday party and she looked fab. We are crawling to the finish line of school days and we are also looking forward to a restful weekend! Whew! Can’t wait for your Asia trip posts!
Yeah they are both great but definitely not together! xo
Huge fan of you posting these links. Thanks for being so consistent… I look forward to catching up every weekend.
