Happy Weekend! Today I am at Polo with Veuve Clicquot which is always just the most fun. This week was a busy mix of catching up from being gone – and adjusting to being back! Bopping around Brooklyn getting stuff done, catching up on work and contracts…. all very exciting and glamorous stuff. So I don’t have a ton to tell you besides that. (Also, I miss Cuba.) Enjoy the weekend and let’s all hope for some sunshine, kay?

Thanks Sydney! xx
Such a great round up! That jumpsuit is adorable and would look great on you. As someone who’s had their share of grief in the last few years( I know I’m not alone) the best thing you can do is be there. People always say, call me if you need anything. When you are in deep grief, it’s really hard to do that. Call to say hello, ask if they want company. Bring or cook them a meal. A good friend once said to ” everyone is going to be around for the first stages, the funeral etc. I’m going to be there long after they’ve gone, always. You don’t need to say anything. Just be present, let them talk or cry. Give them a hug. These are all little things, but they mean so much. My sister is attending the Vueve event this year too! Excited to hear her take on it.Have a great weekend!
Thanks so much, Cy. THat’s great advice. xx
I have had such a hard time finding jean shorts (really any shorts…but jean shorts especially) and I recently bought a ton of pairs too! I found two keepers – one by blanknyc and one pair from Banana Republic. Thought I’d share my findings in case they could help anyone else : )
ooh thanks for the suggestions! Hope you had a good weekend!
If you visit Santa Fe, you should stop by Palms Trading Co. in Albuquerque first. They have beautiful Native American art (turquoise jewelry, rugs, pottery) at a very good value. I hope you make it to New Mexico soon.
thanks for the suggestion!
