Happy weekend friends! I hope your week was a good one. Mine was packed with work after being away but I am looking forward to a low key weekend. A birthday party for my cousin, yoga, getting to Shapehouse, maybe a museum or two… keeping things nice and low key. Admittedly I have a bunch of work to do but at least it will be at a slower pace. Whatever you’re up to, I hope it’s fab – lots of good links for you this week! Also, be sure to pop by my sister’s blog and read my interview with her (it’s all about bedtime!!) and enter our giveaway. xoxo

Totally agree!!!
That work life balance article was great. I always talk about the seasons of life and recognizing that some things will be centre stage and other burners will have to be cut off and that is ok.
Thanks Sharon!!
I love your weekend posts! Thank you so much for these Saturday morning reads. As a new Mom, I look forward to them every Saturday morning with a cup of coffee in hand while my baby naps. Xoxo!
I’m so glad!
These all look like great links! I love collaging… just recently made a “Dream board” magazine kind of collage for class and it was so fun.
I love collaging too!!!!
I’m not sure how I feel about the Amy Schumer movie. I’m sure that some sort of ~it’s what’s on the inside that counts~ message will come out in the end, but the trailer makes me very apprehensive. I found confidence and strength and community at SoulCycle, and I don’t like that the base joke of this movie is “a woman who looks like this isn’t beautiful” or that the message in the trailer is that it takes a literal head injury in order to find herself beautiful.
I heqr you. It will be interesting to see the actual movie and which angle she goes with it. Have a feeling it will be uplifting and have a good message.
Thanks for including my piece on food hangups in here, Grace ! <3 Kelly
You’re so welcome! Thanks Kelly! xo
