Weekend Reading.

peaches

Happy weekend, friends! This week was busy, busy. I had several events + a few fun work projects… and I’m getting ready to head to Mexico next Wednesday morning! No, no, I did not time this trip with the election (though wouldn’t that be perfect?) I am heading to the Los Cabos film festival on a press trip. This weekend is going to be a nice, calm one. I’ve been sick so I plan on getting as much rest as possible, as well as catching up on work and things around my apartment. Today I actually have a shoot for the capsule collection I designed for Ben-Amun (more on that to come – sooooo excited!!) Whatever you’re up to, I hope it’s great… enjoy! Xoxo

And did you see that shopping is coming to Instagram? This should be interesting!

I often feel like I always say the wrong thing in hard situations. This is a nice guide to how to empathize (without comparing).

I ordered these shoes this week from LOFT and can’t wait for them to come – so cute and such a good price.

I loved this classic, feminine look on Liz. There really is nothing better than a great dress with a great pair of boots!

Kate Spade launched a personalization shop and it’s really cool! I really love all the bag charms… especially the bunny pouf and the swan pouf!

Jess breaks down how to wear sneakers with leather pants. I always feel frumpy when I do this, but I’m going to give it a try!

I’m crushing on this tie-front sweater – looks so cozy!

I thought this was a really interesting look at how the online dating landscape has changed.

This site got a beautiful makeover – check it out!

I got this sweater in gray and want to go back for it in every color – it is the coziest ever and only $39!

Well. I know what I’m binge-watching this weekend… anyone else super excited for The Crown?

The verdict is in on Good American jeans – I will tell you more next week but in the meantime this pair is amazing. They run pretty big so I would go down a couple sizes. I usually wear a 28 or a 29 in denim and the 4 fits me perfectly.

Jenn looks so pretty in this pink drop-waist dress… I love it!

I’m with Alicia… this is the coat you’ll have + wear forever.

But also… the coziest jacket – like a teddy bear!

Bell-sleeve dresses can be so overwhelming. I really love this one on Carly – it’s super flattering as the bell starts lower on the sleeve.

My favorite cuff is back in stock.

Blair’s outfits are always pretty dreamy but I especially loved this dress + jacket combo!

Hallie is making me rethink mustard yellow – it looks so good with gray!

Love these pom pom earrings!!!

BRB, pinning all of these looks! Mackenzie shared some great Fall style inspiration.

I also picked up this oversized marled sweater this week – it’s soooo comfy cozy (size down if you get it, I got the small and it’s really big on me!)

This is the best DIY I’ve seen in ages – love these Gucci inspired boots!

Made me ugly cry.

This dress is begging me to buy it and wear it with my over the knee boots.

Did you have an American Girl doll? Then you’ll love this. (I had Kirsten – anyone else?)

Packing this dress for Mexico next week..!

Hey Saved by the Bell Fans – can you believe it’s been 25 years since this famous scene? Wow. I feel old.

Just reading a little Grace with my coffee, before heading to work. That dress you are packing for Mexico? Glam! I love all the pink. I would never wear it when I was younger, because I always looked so young, people didn’t take me seriously. Now, I love pink and welcome the youth of it. Have a great weekend
