Weekend Reading | 2.9.19

Happy weekend! These days I seem to only have two modes: stop (Netflix, read, nephew time in Minnesota) and go (party party, fashion week, running around like a maniac). I got back from Minnesota on Tuesday night and transitioned swiftly from stop into go. One of my best friends stayed with me Weds and Thurs because it was our other best friend’s 40th birthday party on Wednesday night. That meant a fancy dinner party at Chinese Tuxedo to celebrate her on Weds PM and then a whole bunch of running around the city this week! Whatever you’re up to, I hope it’s great. XOXO

Good advice if you want to sleep better. I need to actually listen to this!

A dying mother’s letter to her children. So sad.

LOVED Krystal’s funny face series. She’s so creative!

The perfect (under $100!) mom meets boyfriend jeans.

Loved Mackenzie’s Charleston photos. (Jealous!)

Oh wow… so these exist. NSFW and slightly crass so be forewarned but a friend sent me the site and I thought it was hilarious.

VERY into these pearl hoop earrings.

Not boots, but not a heel – I like the look of these!

Great list! The New Yorker article is so good, thanks for the rec. I read his novel last year, and after reading this I feel slightly duped – and at the same time a bit superior for not absolutely loving the book.

WHOA! That article about AJ Finn/Dan Mallory is a fascinating read. That needs to be written into a novel!

Great post! All the things you linked were great. I especially loved the one with the sleep tips. I have a bad habit of playing on my phone till I get tired. This habit is so bad I need to break it!! I hope you have a great week!
