Weekend Reading 2.25.23

Isn’t it crazy that we are already at the end of February? I am headed to Belize for the week with my family and am so excited. I feel like we booked this trip months and months ago (we did!) and it is finally here. There will still be new blog posts up every day while I am gone and be sure to follow along on Instagram (though truthfully it’s just going to be a lot of reading on the beach). Whatever you’re up to, I hope it’s great. Happy weekend!

Love the Greek salad recipe. I live near a huge Greek community called Tarpon Springs, Florida. They add potato salad in the middle of their Greek salad. It is heavenly. The way the creamy salad mixes with Greek dressing is so yummy. You should try their local tradition! Now I need to go get one!!

I was also deeply saddened by Joanna’s news! In fact three of my girlfriends and I spent a solid ten minutes discussing why we felt so saddened by it. It’s strange to be so invested in someone you have never met, but that speaks to the authenticity of her blog (as it does to yours!). And also reinforces the fact that we never really know what is going on in someone’s life, and thus it’s always best just to be kind.
    Have a wonderful vacation!
