Weekend Reading.

Andddd weekend! This week has been a bit crazy. The Ponds conference was an incredible experience but we had zero down time… full days starting at 8am and ending at 10 or 11. And now I am off to Charleston for the Garden & Gun Jubilee. I have come to realize that I have a serious problem with biting off more than I can chew and have found myself very, very tired! I’m feeling a cold coming on and may need to give myself a day off next week to rest + recover and get back on track.

I’m featured on the Loren Hope blog with a few other fave bloggers!

Cozy, oversized stripes.

I’ve talked about this before but as a freelancer I’m rather tired of being asked to work for free. It happens multiple times a day. I’m sorry but no, you cannot pick my brain! Otherwise I’d never get anything done.

Short answers to tough questions regarding climate change.

The perfect “leggings sweater.

How to cut toxic people out of your life.

Crushing on this cozy fair isle sweater.

A good rule: do these things for yourself, at least once a year.

Is this iphone for real? Wow.

Chassity is so cute in her swingy sweater!

The perfect New Years Eve dress.

I got to see Molly wear this dress IRL (it looked even better in person) but loved reliving our night at The Fresh Air Fund Gala.

The perfect dress to dance in.

A history of tartan + plaid.

Liz looks gorgeous in this sparkly outfit!

Pretty tassels!

So cool… Honestly WTF is running twelve amazing giveaways.

This set of brooches would brighten up any coat collar.

Pretty gift wrapping inspiration.

I can’t believe that people ask you to work for free! I can’t stand when people try to make you think that working for them for free would be a great opportunity:
