Weekend Reading.

150

And, weekend. This week went by wayyyy too quickly. On Wednesday, I attended “Summer Camp” with Well & Good. We went out to the Hamptons and did a double workout session (Exhale + Barry’s) and then I stayed out in Montauk for the night with one of my friends. Midweek escapes are wonderful, but as a result I am now wayyy behind on work so spent yesterday day and night playing catch-up and will be working quite a bit this weekend. But it won’t be all work and no fun… my friend Aly is back in town and staying with me tonight so that will be really fun. She lives in Northern Ireland so I don’t get to see her as much as I’d like… all of this time together has been really nice!

How great do these DIY body scrubs look!?

Yet another reason to love Kerry Washington.

The cutest polka dot wrap dress.

Some helpful tips on protecting your feet this summer! (Flip flops + city streets = ew.)

This oversized wool coat is a much more affordable version of my favorite Vince coat.

Needing this navy dress. Bare legs now, tall boots in the Fall.

Made me laugh: One couple’s brilliant response to being constantly asked when they’re having children.

A fun beauty DIY that I want to try… Green Tea facial mist.

The prettiest sweater dress I ever did see.

Liz looks so darling in her white lace dress.

Some detoxifying foods to add to your diet now.

The perfect slouchy boot (for under $100).

Molly looks so gorgeous in this post… and I ordered her striped tunic immediately! (Why is it so hard to find a great long-sleeve top!?)

Some funny Pinterest fails

I’ll leave you with three words: glitter lace-up flats.

One of my favorite things to do is play around on Pinterest on Sunday mornings, so I loved seeing the Pinterest fails post!

I always enjoy your Weekend Reading. The photographer who did my son’s newborn session actually took photos for her neighbors and their dog about a year ago. (http://www.buzzfeed.com/rachelzarrell/a-baby-photographer-did-a-cliche-newborn-photoshoot-starring#.abGv6n1o4).
