Weekend Reading 10.16.21
outfit is linked in this post!

Happy weekend. This week was a bit of a blur. I got back from Vienna on Tuesday night and then spent most of Wednesday and Thursday in workshops with Sephora for my Sephora Squad partnership. This weekend will mostly be spent catching up on blog content and brand partnership drafts (and resting a bit, too!). Also, did you see that You is back on Netflix? Season 3… I am EXCITED. Besides that, my friends and I are going to a haunted house tonight which should be really fun. Whatever you are up to, I hope it’s wonderful. Xo

Probably kind of a bummer comment but does anyone prefer to travel locally instead of flying? Climate change is caused by fossil fuel use so I know for myself, I don’t want to fly if I can help it. Love the outfits and books The Stripe features, but in general air travel is not aspirational for me anymore.

I bought the $24 smocked dress and it is perfect. Probably about 50% as flattering and comfortable as the nap dress for 20% of the price, so a good trade off in my opinion!

BONUS – I am wearing the blue and white check pattern with red heels for a Dorothy outfit for Halloween. Literally effortless, very affordable, and a dress I will wear again and again! Thanks for the recco
