Week in Review…2/3/11

Is anyone else unable to believe that it’s already February?  I just can’t.  I feel like it still should be Fall.  Time is passing by entirely too quickly, and it scares me!  It was a busy week…  I jumped right back into the swing of things after nine days at Sundance.  A fun highlight of the week was the Accessories Council tweet-up on Wednesday (and getting to see Christine, Jessie, Tamra, and Sonia…) and last night, for what felt like the first time in forever, my girlfriends and I all got together at one of our favorite neighborhood NYC bars for a much needed girls night and catch-up session.

Anyway, by now, you get it… here they are… my favorite things from this week!

For a fun & easy DIY, I loved Cheetah is the New Black’s rhinestone pumps.  And what a fun shade of orange… I need these!

Also on the DIY front, I freaked out a little bit over this metallic collar DIY.  We’ve all tried to get the Louis Vuitton collar right, but no one has done it quite as well as A Matter of Style.  The secret?  Mirrored paper. Well done.
As the boyfriend and I continue our apartment renovations, I really loved these kitchen styling tips from Julip Made.  I need some lemons + fresh flowers, pronto!
In need of a little gym-spiration?  Just check out these photos of Gwyneth Paltrow on Habitually Chic.  Life is not fair.
Confession:  I do most of my DIY projects at the kitchen table (when the lighting is good,) or on the bathroom floor.  For that reason, I dream, salivate, and drool over beautiful workspaces.  This one, on Design Sponge, is my ultimate.  Someday…
