Maybe it’s the laid back weekend I just spent out West in Portland, but today’s wish list is decidedly more laid back than my usual wish lists. And the best part is that everything can be easily mixed and matched and worn together. I love pairing fancy with unfancy. Ripped denim with sparkly earrings and a flannel shirt… or pretty pumps and a flannel shirt… you get the jist. Flannel and leather, flannel and sparkle… I could go on. My proudest purchase from Portland was a vintage wool Pendelton shirt… in a nice red plaid (kinda like the Madewell flannel above.) I’ve been layering it with anything and everything.
