Uptown Plaid

FLANNEL_3

Oh hi again, Monday… you always come just a little bit too quickly.  I hope you guys had a good weekend.  I maybe overdid things on Friday night…  but to be honest I haven’t had that much fun in ages and ages… and probably needed a wild night after last week.  Besides that, I had a fun little brunch with Victoria, got the most amazing facial by Susan Ciminelli, visited my sister at the Remodelista pop-up, and (duh) saw Hunger Games last night.

Anyway, this coat is my everything, and it is 30% off right now.  Just saying.  Sadly its too cold in NYC to wear this week, but I just love everything about it – so many good details!

Shop the Post:  Juicy Coat (on sale) // gifted Abercrombie Flannel Shirt // J.Brand Jeans (on sale) // Madewell Shoes // Zara Pouch (old but love this)

you got the shoes! how do they feel?? I love the look of them. I know I would never wear them as much as I would like to though, so I’ll just admire from afar 🙂

I’m absolutely in love with this outfit! Everything goes together so perfect and hangs so nicely on you! What did you think of Hunger Games? I loved it, but because I’m such a huge fan of the book, I couldn’t help but continue to notice (and be a little bothered by) the differences.

Love the mix of plaid with such a fun jacket and the sequins clutch! Also, was totally jealous of your instagram post outside of Catching Fire. I’ve been hearing great things!

Love your look! I’ve been into mixing casual basics (like a good plaid shirt) with dressier special pieces – sparkles, pearls, etc. It’s unexpected and totally chic! I actually am wearing a similar outfit on my own blog today!

Loving this look! I have a coat that is almost identical and wear it all the time, it’s so versatile! Hope you enjoyed the Hunger Games, I’m keen to see it too, but worried that it won’t live up to the book.
