Turtles..

My (late) great aunt had a deep love of turtles.  There were turtle figurines all over her home, she had pants with turtles on them, shoes with turtles on them, turtle ash trays, and she especially loved her turtle costume jewelry.  (The bigger the better, with lots and lots of crystals and gold.)

When I stumbled upon this brooch and bracelet on Kate Spade, I had to laugh – not only because she would have loved them, but because I love them too.  Everything old is new again.
