We’re doing this week’s Wednesday Ten a day early as tomorrow is the first of the month and will be my monthly reading recap. Every Wednesday, I’ll bring you a list of ten things that I think you should know about. I’m excited for this. I often stumble across something interesting and will share it to Instagram, but it has no real place to live. Maybe it’s a new launch, a really great podcast episode . . . maybe it’s an independent designer, an artist, or a must-have shopping find. It will be a different mix every week. - The Reformation x Umbro collab is giving me alllll the nostalgic feels. This anorak is my personal favorite from the collection.
- I’m lowkey obsessed with Adrienne Antonson’s colorful glasswork. How cool are her mirrors (this! this!)? Or this ashtray? Wow.
- Agua Bendita launched an affordable collection with Bloomingdale’s; the pieces are super cute. My favorites: this beaded mini dress, this one-piece swimsuit, this pareo!
- This Etsy shop has really cool shell jewelry. I like these earrings a lot.
- How did I not know about Rick Rubin’s podcast? If you know me or are a longtime reader, you know how much I love The Creative Act. A girlfriend sent me a link to his recent episode with Dave Eggers about writing and I got a lot out of it.
- The Nat Note x Biscuit collaboration is, not surprisingly, very very cute. I especially love these placemats and these cocktail napkins!
- Necessaire is giving away a free Eucalyptus body exfoliator when you spend $75 or more. Ends 7/6. It’s one of the best exfoliators I’ve tried, I love that it is in a tube and that it lathers up to give you a really good scrub. My personal Necessaire favorites are the Eucalyptus shower gel, this hand retinol, the body Vitamin C, and the body lotion.
- I pulled my Weezie lounge chair covers out this weekend and forgot how much I love them. They make my poolside naps extra cozy, and then you can just throw them in the wash.
- This brand has such cool, colorful beaded accessories. I love the phone chain holder and the sunglasses chain.
- A cool new indie brand to know is Tigra Tigra. I really love this beaded fringe bag.
