The Coach Delancey Watch.

And today we are back with another post from Charleston. We shot these photos outside of the Hibernian Society – I just love the floors!

My watch is from Coach’s Delancey Collection (named for one of the most vibrant streets on New York’s Lower East Side), and has become one of my favorite accessories. I love how beautiful and timeless it is, with a nice large dial so it is still noticeable and makes a statement. I always gravitate more to men’s watches rather than ladies, so I loved that this one is a bit more oversized (without being over the top… with a large gold watch, that can happen!) I’ve gotten so many compliments on this one.

I love the rounded fixed-lug case and the bracelet style band. Watches can feel so utilitarian… this feels like a fancy piece of jewelry. The watch is gold-plated and also (surprisingly) water-resistant – up to 99 feet! The other thing that I love is the larger numbers. Besides functionality (I’m terribly near sited), it’s a nice touch that feels modern + a bit different.

This dress is really fun, too. Tracy Reese makes a great dress and this one is no exception. I wore it to dinner in Charleston and got asked if it was vintage (which is basically the highest honor). I will say that it is a bit roomy… I took a 4 in this and usually I am a size 6.

(It started to rain during our shoot so we had to get a little bit creative. I love how these photos turned out!)

Really really really like this dress! It’s fun to see a Mexican-y embroidered dress that isn’t peasant-style. A little more flattering! And looks great with your pale/white nail polish 🙂
