My Favorite Striped Tunic.

TGIF! This cozy stripe tunic is one of those pieces I can reach for again and again and always feel comfortable and cute. It’s great with jeans or tucked into  cut-offs… and it’s long enough that (if you are just a couple inches shorter than me – I’m 5’8) it would be cute as a beach coverup. You’ll notice it’s a little bit sheer, so if that bothers you I would suggest layering it over a camisole (this one, in “cashmere” is a favorite of mine). Eileen Fisher has become an under-the-radar favorite of mine as her pieces are so soft and cozy, (most of the time) made from organic fabrics, and great quality. I’ve also got my eye on this boxy stripe sweater (it reverses to solid gray), and this classic boatneck.

Also – I know we bloggers can tend  to throw around superlatives (which I apologize for – just know it’s coming from a place of genuine excitement), but these are truly the best white jeans. White jeans can be such a monstrosity (why are they always tight/see through!?) I love the frayed step hem and the cut is spot on. I linked to a few places to get them so that you can find your size… I love mine!

Hope you guys have the best weekend! I’m so happy to be out in Montauk through Monday – it’s the prettiest place (definitely my favorite Hampton) and just so much fun!

So cute! Nothing like a good tunic. Ironically I’ve never owned a pair of Ugg boots, but love all their other shoes. I might have to get those espadrilles. I recently bought a pair of leather flip flops that feel like slippers! Love the bike too.
