The Best Food Forward Gifts: 2024

The Stripe Blogger Grace Atwood shares a collage of The Best Food Forward Gifts: 2024

This guide is always a favorite to put together as I am a big foodie myself, and also love giving and receiving consumable gifts as everyone I know feels the same as me (we all have too much stuff). I’m also constantly trying to up my own cooking + gadgetry game, so something for the kitchen is always very welcome. On my own personal wish list this year: English muffin molds and a proper scale!

The Best Food Forward Gifts: 2024.

a dutch oven

Isn’t this Dutch oven wonderful? It is a collaboration between artist Anastasia Inciardi and Goldilocks and I think it’s perfect. They gifted it to me and I have cooked with it several times and really liked it. I was truly shocked by the $100 price tag; the quality is excellent.

Salt & Pepper Mills

I bought myself this salt mill and this pepper mill earlier in the year and love both so much. They look beautiful on the table and get so many compliments.

Heirloom Tomato Candle

My goodness, this tomato candle is heaven. I went to a party when I was in New York a few months back and the hostess had this burning. I love it. It smells like you are making the tomato soup of your dreams. Tomatoes, basil, tarragon, black pepper. Really yummy. While you are at it, grab this cookbook!

Ed Ruscha Honey

Alright, this is really cool. Did you know that Ed Ruscha (yes, that Ed Ruscha, one of the world’s most important artists!) also has a green thumb? He loves plants and has a citrus grove adjacent to the LA river. Flamingo Estate placed their bee hives there last summer, creating this honey. So cool!

a Pig Baking Dish

Carly found this baking dish and I am a little bit obsessed! Such a unique idea; perfect for casseroles and stews. It’s 20% off right now.

Sea Salt Sampler

This sea salt sampler is is a really fun gift. You get several delicious sounding flavors: classic sea salt, black garlic, rosemary, black pepper, lemon zest, and habanero. APure Flake, Black Garlic, Rosemary, Black Pepper, Lemon Zest, Habanero. Currently 20% off at Persay, a gifting favorite.

a Dinner Plate

I just love these splatter dinner plates. Beyond stunning! (Also currently 20% off today!)

a Sandwich Puzzle

My friend Dan is the coolest. First, his cookbook, and now this puzzle, inspired by the Big Italian Sandwich recipe from the cookbook. I have eaten this very sandwich (it is delicious) and think that the puzzle would be such a great gift idea.

chili crisp sampler set

Yum! I so want to try all of these different chili crisps. This little set is just $20 and contains four different varieties.

a (handmade) chef’s knife

The creme de la creme of kitchen knives; one of these is on my personal wish list!

Pasta Pot Grips

I feel like we feature these pasta pot grips every year as they are a fun, affordable gift idea and so creative. The MoMA store is definitely one of my favorites for holiday shopping!

canned cocktails

How cute are these mini margaritas? Delicious, and from a small business. If you use this link, you’ll get 10% off.

tinned fish

Tinned fish or anchovies are always a great gift in my book. I am full-on obsessed with everything that Siesta Co makes, like these anchovies or this tuna belly. They’re doing 20% off right now for Black Friday; the brand is also available in my Flagship storefront!

a plant-forward cookbook

I have been hearing really amazing things about this plant-based cookbook. And how gorgeous is the photography!?!
