Today we are going to talk about a subject very near and dear to my heart: cozy sweaters!!!! Right now we are heading into that transitional weather. It’s still cold but not that (at least most days) cold? A great sweater will transition you right into Spring. For lounging at home, running errands, zooming your day away, etc. etc. Today I wanted to round up a bunch of my favorites, to help you get cozy during the remaining days of winter and keep you warm through Spring.
Best Cozy Sweaters
A little bonus is that right now so many of these are on sale! My favorite splurge brands for cozy cashmere and beyond are Naadam, Autumn Cashmere (the best puff sleeve sweater and it’s on sale!), Eileen Fisher (I live in her linen tunics and this cashmere tunic is a DREAM) and Vince (this one is on sale now). Free People is my go-to for slouchy sweater tunics (like this + this!), and then of course Amazon has so many good things. This tunic (technically a dress?) is a go-to, and this pullover came in the mail yesterday and is an absolute dream.
A few highlights from the list:
Is there anything more cheerful than yellow gingham? I think not. Also this one is just SO SO SOFT. It’s really thick which makes it ultra cozy. I love it with denim of course (dark denim now, white jeans later) but it would also be so cute with a bright mini skirt. Naadam is available in sizes XXS – 3X. I wear a medium in all of their things. Also from Naadam is this cozy boyfriend cardigan. I love an open front cardigan + matching knit trousers together so much.
Can we make tunicdress a thing? Kidding but I am very into those sweater dresses that are just a bit too short for tights/bare legs but absolutely perfect with faux leather leggings or skinny jeans? That’s my uniform. This one is so great. It is only $36 and comes in 12 colors. I have the nutmeg and apricot (apricot is weirdly a cream color; not sure who is naming these things!
This knit sweater was one of my favorite purchases this year. It’s so slouchy and cozy. I have it in the tan (desert camel) color and love it so much. And I will just caveat that it does run quite big, so would recommend sizing down. I bought a small but an XS might have been better.
