As crazy as it is to be shopping for Fall clothes right now (it is SO hot in New York right now!!) it’s also a little bit exhilarating. I am by no means wishing away summer weather, but I am really looking forward to Fall. To cozy sweaters and boots, cooler evenings with a glass of red wine on my patio, and not having to perpetually crank the AC. And as far as shopping goes, Fall is by far my favorite. As much as I love my girly summer dresses, I’m excited to get back into jeans! Today I’ve teamed up with American Eagle Outfitters to share two super cozy, comfy looks around the brand’s Tomgirl Jeans.
I love these jeans. They’re the perfect slouchy jean without being toooo slouchy. I like that these are fitted while still feeling relaxed and tomboy-esque. Also they are only $50, which is quite a steal if you ask me. For the first look, I paired them with a cozy lace-up front sweater. Both pieces are a little baggy so I tucked in the sweater and wore wedges to make it look a little more polished. For the second look, I added a bodysuit (a trend I’m surprisingly loving – it’s nice to feel a little streamlined and not worry that your shirt is going to come untucked), and an ultra comfy drape front cardigan.
Outfit 1 Details: American Eagle Outfitters Jeans + Lace-up Sweater
Outfit 2 Details: American Eagle Outfitters Jeans, Bodysuit, + Cardigan
It was hard to choose a color for this sweater. I went with the pink but they also have a gorgeous charcoal one which I love just as much.
American Eagle Outfitters also has two really good sales going on right now!

I still can’t get into bodysuits. Aren’t they uncomfortable? Other than that, I love the outfits. So fall and so cute!

You know, I only have a few, but they actually are, as long as they fit properly (size up when in doubt!) I like not having to worry if my top is going to come untucked.
Both, your sweater and cardigan are such a great pieces for this transitional period! I love the stitching details and the colors too!

Thank you so much Natali!!
Both outfits are gorgeous! I love jeans, they’re the only kind of trousers I wear. That bodysuit looks gorgeous! And it looks amazing on you.
Thank you Marta!!!
