Terrain

Terrain-1

Last weekend, I met up with family in Connecticut for brunch + shopping at Terrain.  I first became familiar with Terrain when I read about (and immediately purchased)  this salve on Into the Gloss this past Fall.  Since then, I’ve placed a couple of online orders but had absolutely no idea about their actual store.  I was so amazed/awestruck by it that I had to share it with you here.

The store (one of two locations – we went to the one Westport, CT) is pretty much paradise.  It’s like if you combined a luscious garden, a farmer’s market, an (all-natural) beauty department into a hybrid housewares shop + cafe.  We ate a delicious (locally grown) brunch and then stuck around to shop… I honestly wanted to move in.  They stocked amazing natural beauty brands that I had never even heard of, and every nook + cranny revealed another beautiful tablescape or hidden treasures.  The store is a little bit of a hike (if you live in Manhattan,) but well-worth the trek.  In the meantime you can also shop their site.

This looks like the best weekend! I’ve loved Terrain since the moment I discovered them as well, and recently visited their location outside of Philadelphia. It was so good to finally cross it off my list. I also love that striped dress on you!
