Hello from Mont St. Michele! I am having the best time on this press trip. We’ve done so much and it’s only been a few days. We started in Honfleur (where we wandered around the cute coastal town), moved onto Bayeux (where we stayed a night, had some incredible food, and visited the cathedral + textile museum). From there we headed to Normandy where we had a delicious seafood lunch on a boat and then visited the American Memorial + Graveyard at Omaha Beach. Last night we got to Mont St. Michel and are staying here for two nights. And today we tour the Saint James factory which I am so excited for! I’m a little exhausted and jet-lagged but just soaking it all up and making some new friends.
Anyway… I know, I know… I’m always talking about how I’m going to make more of an effort to “dress for my body type” and blah, but I found (yet another) sack dress that I just couldn’t resist. This little SEA number has the best fringe bodice… giving it such a unique sort of feel. I really love it.
Also… my Lindroth Design bag is one of my new favorite-favorite things. They have a ton of great styles but I went with this style as it has longer handles that I can sling over my shoulder. I used it as my carry-on when I went to Cape Cod and I love how much it holds! The orange + white stripes are so cheery and fun but they actually have seventeen paint colors now so you can have a lot of fun with it!
