It can be so hard to dress for work when it’s hot and sticky out. Who wants to wear business casual when the temps top are topping 80°, even 90° F?!?
This week, I’ve taken a few pieces that could be incorporated into both your casual and work wardrobes pretty seamlessly, and also help you keep cool. For example, I’m loving this printed blue dress (and the $79 price tag), and would be perfect with a pair of low heels and cognac tote for work. This ruffled chambray top is great for the weekends, but would also be stunning tucked into a pair of striped trousers with these incredible pom slides and a work-appropriate satchel for your 9-to-5.
Can we also talk about the gorgeous bow details on these J.Crew cotton tops here and here? So simple and stunning.
Stay cool out there!

I bought that blue dress from Mango and modeled it for my husband. He said I looked like someone off of Hee Haw! As much as I loved it I had to promptly return with that image in my head. Ha!
oh no! that’s actually really very funny though!
