Happy… Spring?? As I write this it’s Tuesday night and I’m not quite clear on whether we will be waking up to another blizzard. This is just so crazy! But I guess, now that I think about it, that this happens every March and we all remark over how crazy it is… so maybe it isn’t that crazy after all. Anyway, today I am sharing what I wish I were wearing today, though in reality it is probably going to be a big cozy sweater, leggings, and slippers because when it’s cold and snowy, I hibernate!!! Oof.
I hope you guys are having a good week. I am still playing catch up from my vacation + having my parents in town but slowwwwwly making a dent in a very crowded inbox. It was so nice having them here!!!
Outfit Details: Burberry Trench (less expensive option here) // Rebecca Taylor Top (old but love this and this sale find) // Re/Done Jeans // J.Crew Belt (very old but this is similar) // Staud Bag // Manolo Blahnik Heels // Celine Sunglasses // BaubleBar Layered Necklaces
If you subscribe to my emails then you know about Shopbop’s sale on sale! This is my faaavorite time to shop as you can take an extra 25% off things that are already marked down, making for some really fantastic deals! Use code SOEXTRA. It ends on Thursday and I am coveting this bell sleeve sweater, these pretty pom poms, and this sweet ruffled blouse. Also, this is a really good work bag and if you don’t have good snow boots, buy these! They are great and even if you just save them for next year, you’ll be happy you bought them as this style is really classic and rarely goes on sale.
I have gotten quite a few questions about my Staud Bag and if it is worth the money. I can’t really say if it’s worth the money (I mean come on it’s pink, fishnet, and not very practical) but I can tell you that it makes me very happy and I absolutely love it. I have all the classics when it comes to bags so this was my Spring bag purchase – it’s fun and frivolous and I use it a lot! It holds a surprising amount (I usually take a smaller clutch and put it inside of it so that smaller things don’t fall out). I took it all over Cartagena with me. You can also take the leather bucket out and use the fishnet bag alone… just be careful what you put in it!
