One of the things I’ve loved most about blogging has been that I’ve gotten much more handy with my camera. I shoot all of my photos (except for outfits, which are shot by the talented Lydia) with my Canon Rebel T3I. While my photography skills are still pretty basic (I shoot in manual) it is something I truly enjoy doing and really look forward to. I’m pretty basic – I always shoot in natural light, and the only other piece of equipment I own is a macro lense (great for getting close-ups when I’m shooting my DIYs!)
For that reason, I was really excited when Adobe Photoshop Elements invited me to be part of a five month partnership. To kick things off, they flew myself + four other bloggers out to San Francisco last weekend, where we experienced a jam-packed weekend and a day of workshops to teach us all the latest + greatest from Elements.
Anyway, I snapped these photos during the trip (and edited ’em using Elements.) I can’t wait for the coming months, where I’ll be sharing tutorials, Elements-based DIY projects, and more!
On a side note, I fell even more in love with SF!
