Resort-y.

Saint Holiday robe
robe // t-shirt // jeans // wedges // bag

I titled this post “Resort-y” because I had planned to wear this gorgeous gold Saint Holiday robe in Mexico but it didn’t make it in time for my trip! It’s just as great with jeans and a tee as it will be with a bikini, though.

I will tell you that I have copied Katie AGAIN… see how she styled it here! LOVE, and hoping that they make the pants again as the full set is just so damn good.

I really, really love this brand.

After seeing it on Katie I reached out to them to see if they would be open to working together and they very generously gifted me this robe… it’s even better in person. Everything they make is so, so beautiful and feels truly unique and special. (I also reaaaaaally love this pearl button kaftan!) I styled mine over a white tee + jeans but there are so many ways you could wear it. Over a mini dress, at the pool over a swimsuit… basically any way that you would wear a duster or a kimono except it also doubles as beachwear.

It only comes in one size, but it’s very adjustable. The self belt cinches at the waist so you could make it way bigger or way smaller, depending on your size. I will just say that it’s pretty long – I’m 5’8 and wearing heels. So if you are petite, you may need to get it shortened.

PS – make sure you check out yesterday’s post as it’s been a hot topic in the DM’s… how to deep cleanse your scalp!

Outfit Details:

Saint Holiday Robe (c/o) // xKarla Tee (my favorite t-shirt in the world – runs very small though and only available up to a size XL – I took a medium here but also have a large for a slightly more relaxed fit. For larger sizes I would recommend trying out the men’s one – available up to an XXL OR since you know how much I’m loving all things Universal Standard right now, this tee!) // Good American Jeans // Soludos Espadrilles (c/o) // Parisa Wang Bracelet Bag // J.Crew Belt (old, try this) // Celine Sunglasses (my exact pair)

What a gorgeous robe! I probably wouldn’t be able to work it, though, I’m much too short! I can see it trailing after me on the ground like a wedding veil or something, haha. It’s so cute on you though! πŸ™‚

Love this look, but wish there were some less expensive options of the robe linked. It’s a steep price.

I hear you! I will look for some alternatives and include them in Saturday’s weekend reading post. It was hard as the robe is so unique and different!

Gorgeous outfit! I love that bag! I’ve seen it before in a different colour and I love the way it looks, it’s so cute and I do prefer smaller bags. The robe looks super relaxed, very resort-y indeed.

Get real and stop pandering to the “Katie” audience. It comes off as disengenuous

Not necessarily related to the post but this past weekend I went to Nordstroms with a friend who was looking for a dress to wear as a wedding guest. The struggle was real in the fitting room and I ended up showing her Katie’s blog, because of your posts and Blair’s Instagram. We walked over to another store I knew would work for her based on one of Katie’s posts and found a dress for her to wear to the wedding. Her spirits instantly elevated 10 fold! So thank you and please know you are making an impact in Texas where I live to Minneapolis where I was visiting her πŸ™‚

Gorgeous, but nearly $500 for a robe is prohibitively expensive for people not getting it for free.
