Resort: Non-Boring Neutrals
A few weeks ago, we dropped our first resort edit – an extremely bright and happy round-up, packed with vibrant COLOR! Today, we are back with our second edit. This one is featuring neutrals, but interesting neutrals! There are so many ways to keep neutrals interesting and fun – be it through texture, pattern, or shape. There is nothing remotely boring about any of these pieces. I haven’t really had much travel this winter (besides the usual back and forth to LA) but just booked a girls’ trip to Harbour Island in May and definitely have resort on the brain.
This round-up is a great mix of things I have and love and things I am lusting after/have in my cart. These striped slides were my first spring purchase and they’re so fun. An elevated, playful take on birks and really comfortable. The J.Crew kick flare pants are so good and the white is not at all see through (it’s also quite smoothing!). I just got this sweater jacket and it looks cute over pretty much everything (or draped over your shoulders). I am dying for a pair of these Dries sandals after seeing them on The Love List. They are so modern and fresh. This Trina Turk set (top, pants) is just beyond. It feels perfectly sixties but also modern. I would wear it with a giant pair of sunglasses (these!) and platform sandals (maybe these). Last but not least, these pretty shell earrings (KJL of course!) and wow: what a gem of an Amazon find!

Thank you for this post. I am a woman who feels rather silly wearing the typical spring pastels and florals, so these neutrals are wonderful options for warmer weather. I am always on the hunt for summer black and navy outfits and accessories that lighten things up. These looks are so chic and sophisticated!
I am so glad you loved it!!!
