If you go to Paris and don’t get a photo with the Eiffel Tower in the background, did you actually go to Paris? We took these photos at the iconic and stunning Pont Alexander III. Man. They just don’t build bridges the way they used to. Can we get one of these in New York, pretty please? Spectacular. It was truly one of those pinch-me moments where you are like, “wait – am I really here or is this just all a very good dream?” Paris, you are dreamy…. very dreamy indeed!
I wanted to wear something dreamy and romantic so for these photos I chose to wear this dreamy Needle & Thread dress (which I picked up while in London at Liberty… but more on that later). It’s a silky chiffon with little lurex dots. Love. I’m wearing it now with black tights and booties but it will be just as pretty in the warmer weather with sandals (and a bit of a tan, haha).
Happy Friday! I hope you have fun weekend plans… whether fun means going out and about, or recharging your batteries. My own plans are a bit of both: a concert tonight, a party tomorrow… and lots of downtime in between. Enjoy!

Haha thank you Alyson! Have a great weekend. 🙂 xo
Did I ever mention that I collect Eiffel Tower memorabilia? I keep asking people to stop…….it’s a bit out of hand now. I fell in love with this icon on my first( and so far only) trip to Paris. On the list to go back! It really is a magical city and you look the perfect heroine in that dress.
Hahaha, that is hilarious, Cy! I love it. Different thing but my mom collects Santa Clauses and she has to ask people to stop as well – her collection is overflowing!
Pretty dress, and good for sight-seeing–it looks comfortable.
Yes, Parisian bridges are beautiful. Actually, all of France does a pretty good job in the beautiful bridge department. And beautiful architecture…
Thanks so much – agreed!!!
You look stunning in that dress! It’s a perfect feminine and romantic dress for photos in Paris. I can’t wait to go there some day.

I think this is the most beautiful dress I have ever seen. It is so stunning, and I love how you paired it with black tights & booties for winter. I love a good multi seasonal piece! The dress absolutely perfect for that location! I think it was made for walking around Paris… *swoons*
